Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at MAQPRO Greece - Professional Makeup & SFX. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
"Ιn stock" items
All shipments are processed within 1-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
"Pre-Order" items
These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out from our physical and/or online shop.
Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your Pre-Orders.
Pre-Order details, terms & conditions
1. “Full payment” is required & should be made via Bank Transfer, or the Payment channel (Stripe). We do require clients to pay the full amount stated in the order form. Upon submission of the “Order Form”, payment of the client should be expected to be transferred within three (3) days or it shall be deemed cancelled (For Bank Transfer).
2. Cancellation of orders is allowed within 24 hours that the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.
3. Estimated Date of Arrival: Shipment is based on the shipping schedule of our factory. Although we could track and trace the whereabouts of our package, we cannot assure you the exact date and time of its arrival here in Greece due to several factors such as delays due to unforeseen events beyond our control (Technical problems of the shipping company, Natural Disasters, Customs clearing etc.) Products coming from our factory in France, usually take 10-20 working days.
4. Once the products have landed and received by our team, you will then be informed via contact number, email address and other social media platforms you have provided. We will immediately have all your orders packed in the next 24 Hours and schedule it for shipment.
5. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our clients.

Shipment to P.O Boxes
Maqpro Greece does not ship to P.O. Boxes
Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Maqpro Greece is not responsible for any customs & taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tarrifs, taxes, duties etc)
Damages
Mqpro Greece is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Maqpro Greece is shipping to countries where no official Maqpro Paris distributors exists. Click here to check.

Returns Policy
Maqpro Greece does not accept returns due to health & hygiene reasons. If you received a faulty of incorrect item with your order please check our F&Qs section for more information.
